- Sort out your sleeping plan! - Try getting to bed earlier, rest is essential for your body, if you arent getting enough sleep then you will find your a lot more restless compared to when you are sleeping earlier
- Organise yourslef - Whether it be tidy your room, or get things prepared for the school year, by getting the essential things you need like pens, a calulator a bag or planning your outside school timetable (i.e. activities you may participate out side school)
- Get involved - get involved in school activities to keep your mind off work
When it comes to studying
- Pioritize you assaignments - put the ones, that require more work at the top of you agenda, and make sure you meet the deadlines!
- Find a study location - whether it be in your room or at a cafe, someone that wont distract you from your studies
- Manage your time - plan your study time, your relaxation time and fill the time that remains empty a time for something that may benefit you academically
