LOL ... I know how this looks but I can assure you this is not some girl bashing book where I shame girls I dont like!!
This is my documentation on my journey this summer where I plan on being super healthy and I mainly want to share my recipes, my workout routines, my journey and my way of losing weight... obviously I know that’s not going to happen unless I have the motivation.
Over the past months I have noticed an increase in my weight especially over exam season and I plan on changing that, honestly I’m not happy with my appearance and I thought I would document my time changing that and hopefully help others with their insecurities.
Every day I see through social media the way women’s bodies are judged, and I constantly allow it to get to me, and I thought the only way I can change that is by changing myself in order to feel comfortable with myself and get rid of my insecurity... MY WEIGHT...
